I just wanted to thank you all so much for developing such a innovative product (neo-paws boots) and having such a wonderful staff. I ordered two pairs of Neo-Paws boots for my 14 year old lab, Boe, last year due to his difficulty standing/walking on our tile floor. He had terrible arthritis and moving around the house became increasingly difficult for him because he would always slip and slide, eventually falling. I was so worried about him when we werent home, that he would slip/slide and get stuck on the floor and not be able to get back up. I ordered Neo-Paws for him as soon as I found your website. I know he was an old man, and we wouldnt be able to use them for too long :”( but, I would have done anything to make his last months as comfortable as possible. As soon as we got the boots in the mail, we put them on him. He seemed to know exactly what they were for, and went right to it, walking around the house by himself without slipping. He was so much happier. He was always such an independant guy and this seemed to give him his freedom back. He wore his boots all the time (taking them off occasionally to let his feet get some air). Even when he went to the vet for treatments he wore his boots and “educated” everyone on how much of a difference shoes could make in an old guy’s life 🙂 I am a full-time Emergency Veterinary Technician (at the same clinic I take my pets to, so my co-workers learned about Neo-Paws as well from Boe). I will gladly be recommending your product to fellow employees as well as clients who have dogs that could benifit from Neo-Paws (especially those geriatric ones like my old man). I just wanted to say thank you so much for making Boe’s last months easier, more independant, and more comfortable. You have no idea how much of a difference his boots improved his quality of life.
